A native of Champaign-Urbana, Illinois, Tim Harrington received his Bachelor of Science degree with a specialty in real estate in 1981 from the University of Arizona. Tim joined Devonshire in June 1981 and has been involved in the company's growth and expansion for the past 28 years.

Tim has specialized in commercial brokerage activities during his entire career. This includes commercial real estate sales, leasing, property management and development. He has also been involved with a variety of operating businesses including cemeteries, restaurants and bars and commercial sign production, to mention a few.

The experience gained from every transaction adds to the ability to handle any client's real estate needs. He has earned his clients' trust with his hard work and straight-forward approach.

Tim's leadership has helped Devonshire establish downstate Illinois' premier commercial real estate brokerage company, Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty. Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty was awarded the 2007 Coldwell Banker Commercial Commercial Elite Award, placing ninth in Adjusted Gross Income amongst offices of Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliates, globally. The Commercial Elite is the highest honor that any Coldwell Banker Commercial company can achieve.

Tim established his brokerage team in 2003 to enhance his ability to assist clients. In 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 he earned Coldwell Banker Commercial's highest sales production award level by earning the Circle of Distinction Platinum. 2007 also marked the year Tim was number 1 in GCI for Coldwell Banker Commercial in Illinois.

Tim is a native of Champaign-Urbana and over the years has uncovered numerous contacts and resources beneficial to clients.

He and his wife, Kris, reside in one of Devonshire's residential subdivision developments, Devonshire South, with their two children, Blakely and Richard. Tim enjoys golf, travel, dining, home projects, entertainment events and working out.
