Cathy Rector joined the CBCDR in 2000 working with the CEO and COO. Since then, she has been promoted to Director of Property Management. She handles the management and operations for Property Management, Maintenance, Signage, and Construction. Cathy coordinates the day-to-day operations within all divisions, including reorganizing the current processes and establishing new plans to streamline business operations. She also manages key relationships with clients and tenants and has the responsibility of developing new business opportunities for all departments. Cathy works closely with the coordination of leasing and manages over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial properties, as well as approximately 200 residential units.
