Personal Profile
Curtis Tillett has been in the commercial development, sales and leasing business since 1985. During the past fifteen years he has been involved in the successful redevelopment, development and management of several large projects. In addition his activities have also included assisting in the completion of a large number of transactions for clients in both sales and leasing activities. As a property owner in the commercial arena he has a thorough understanding of the activities involved in all phases of commercial real estate. His experience encompasses properties from less than a thousand sq. ft. to development projects of over 125 acres.

Mr. Tillett has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, has practiced as a licensed C.P.A. with one of the nation's largest public accounting firms and has been involved with the acquisition and development of multiple operating businesses. Mr Tillet works with buyers and sellers and lessors and lessees in the sale and leasing of properties in Springfield and surrounding areas as well as state and nation wide.

Mr. Tillett has been and is still very active in many community organizations where he has held numerous leadership positions. He is a member of the local, state, and national realtor organizations. His client base includes those of a local, regional and national nature and is able to assist clients throughout the country through the Coldwell Banker Commercial network.
