Full Color Professional Brochure
Our marketing staff will create brochures that include photographs, site plans, demographics, map, tax information, and facts pertinent to the property. These brochures are used by our agents and distributed to interested parties and organizations.
Informative Mailing
The print brochure is sent to all commercial brokers locally and provided to The Economic Development Office.
Internet Exposure
All of our properties are listed on Loopnet, a web based commercial listing service used by over 86,000 commercial real estate professionals nationwide (www.loopnet.com). Loopnet has over 300,000 listings and receives over 1.2 million hits per month. Loopnet is the preferred listing service of almost every large commercial real estate organization in the United States, and each of our listings on Loopnet is linked to our own website's listing system.
In addition to Loopnet, each property listed by CBCDR is featured on our own online property listing system at www.cbcdr.com. Each online listing has photographs, animations, maps, site plans, and detailed information about that property. Our online listings are the most comprehensive and advanced in the area. And because our website is developed in-house, it can be updated quickly at any time.
Our listings are also posted at www.ccim.com, www.propertyline.com, www.commercialsource.com, and www.illinoisbiz.biz.
