CBCDR Receives The Commercial Elite Award
The Commercial Elite Award is the highest honor any Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate can achieve. This is awarded to the top 15 Coldwell Banker Commercial companies based on Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income during the calendar year. CBCDR has been the recipient of this award annually since 2004.




Agent Brad Parker Closes Peoria Fresh Market Deal
The Fresh Market will be going into Westlake Shopping Center (2600 W Lake Avenue, Peoria) which is owned and operated by Westlake Limited Partnership of IL and Les Cohen. They have leased 19,200 SF for 5 years with seven 5-year options to renew. The store is planning to open this fall (Sept - Oct). Construction on the project has already begun.

Champaign Venture LLC engaged Devonshire Group to assist with a plan to maximize the redevelopment potential of this property. Several Devonshire service lines provided the expertise which resulted in the successful redevelopment of the property into a regional hub for Land of Lincoln Goodwill Industries. Goodwill's new location serves as a superstore/regional warehouse. This built-to-suit project is a 15-year lease commitment to Champaign Venture beginning in February 2010.
