Joe graduated from the University of Basel in Switzerland where he received his MBA in 1980. He is a Commercial Real Estate Broker in Illinois, a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) as well as a member of the Illinois CCIM Chapter. Joe is a 1996 graduate of the Community Leadership School of Peoria.
Besides serving his clients in the various needs of Commercial Real Estate, Joe is specializing in Commercial Investment Real Estate. One of his biggest success was the transaction of a 112,000 square foot K-Mart store in Nebraska in 1998 as an investment for one of his clients. Other clients he closed transactions with include Hardee's, Nextel and BFI. Joe has been chosen as the co-broker by Cushman & Wakefield, a national Real Estate firm, out of their office in Chicago and New York for transactions that include Lucent Technologies and Honeywell. Joe likes any transaction where he can prove his professionalism and persistence to his clients, whether they are local or international.
