Linda Shelby has over 20 years of experience as the past owner and manager of a local service business. Linda is a vacant land & office, retail specialist. Her expertise in site selection and follow through of the development stage of a project, as well as leasing to large retail chains has made her an asset to our Commercial Team. She is actively involved in leasing a 227,286 sq ft office in downtown Peoria. Linda has received an Associates Degree in Arts and Sciences. She is a Commercial Real Estate Broker in Illinois and is also a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) candidate.
Ms. Shelby is actively involved in a variety of community activities. Linda is a member of the Rotary, Cursello, and a past board member of the Kiwanis Club where she was chairperson for "Young Children: Priority One." She is also a member of ALFA (Assisted Living Federation of America) and a member of Peoria Area Associations of Realtors.
Linda's clients include: Shopko, Subway franchise, Burwell Oil Company, Assisted Living Developers, Babies R Us, and Harbor Freight Tool.
