Personal Profile
Zach Wetherell believes his passion for the real estate industry was kindled by
being around his father's construction company in the Effingham, Illinois area. He
graduated in 2007 from the University of Illinois with a degree in finance and a
concentration in real estate.

Prior to that, however, Zach joined the National Guard his senior year of high
school and was called to serve in Iraq in 2004-2005. He fulfilled his contract
obligations to the National Guard in December of 2007. Zach married his wife,
Brittney, in the summer of 2007. After graduating from college and getting married,
he and his wife decided to settle down in the Champaign-Urbana area.

Zach believes that his education, background in the construction industry, experience, and time served in the military will greatly benefit his clients. He is
currently working towards a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member)
designation, an accomplishment held by only 12,000 brokers worldwide. In his free
time he enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends, as well as traveling
and sports, especially baseball, snow skiing, boating, and golfing.
